By purchasing or using LaunchLabs products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

Products and Licenses

When you purchase the LaunchLabs QA Methodology:

• You receive a personal license to use the methodology, templates, and materials
• You may use the methodology for unlimited audits for yourself or clients
• You may not redistribute the raw materials (templates, guides, checklists)
• Audit reports you create using the methodology are yours to use freely

What You Can Do

• Use the methodology for personal or commercial audits
• Create and sell audit reports to clients
• Modify templates for your own use
• Reference LaunchLabs methodology in your reports

What You Cannot Do

• Resell or redistribute the original materials
• Share your license with others (each user needs their own)
• Claim the methodology as your own creation
• Use for illegal purposes

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the methodology, email support@getlaunchlabs.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Lifetime Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime updates to the methodology. As we improve the templates, checklists, and guides, you'll receive access to the updated versions at no additional cost.

Disclaimer

The LaunchLabs QA Methodology is provided "as is" for educational and professional use. While we believe it's valuable:

• We don't guarantee specific results from using the methodology
• The methodology is not a substitute for professional security audits
• You're responsible for how you apply the methodology
• We're not liable for any issues found (or not found) during your audits

Intellectual Property

LaunchLabs, the rocket logo, and the QA Methodology are our intellectual property. The methodology structure, templates, and original content are copyrighted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
